Nicole Scherzinger's latest Instagram post has convinced me to rename Tuesday "Twerkout Tuesday."

In a new video, the former Pussycat Dolls singer, 43, used a medicine ball to balance herself (while also wearing wrist weights and sunglasses) as she twerked it out to City Girls' song "Twerk" (feat. Cardi B). But she also gets in an intense workout led by her trainer, Paolo Mascitti.

Nicole ditched the shades for the grueling workout, which included weighted barbell squats, knee tuck jumps, and lunges over a bench that left her super sweaty.

"It’s that twerkout Tuesday y’all! Get up and move your ass! No matter what is!! Seriously tho this workout is no joke! 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️👀," she captioned the video.

And, her followers are loving everything about it. Peloton instructor Ally Love commented, "🔥🔥", and another fan wrote, "YASSSSSSSSS GET IT NICOLE 🔥👏😍."

When she's isn't dancing, Nicole is getting her cardio in by running.

“In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she previously told Women's Health UK.

Her trainer Paolo Mascitti also shares lots of videos from their training sessions, which usually include strength training, with lots of weighted squats and lunges.
