Nina Agdal just showed off her super sculpted abs and legs while attending a music festival in Miami.
The 30-year-old model wore denim shorts and a sequined crop top paired with platform sneakers and a white cowboy hat.
To stay fit, Nina mixes things up with Y7 yoga, SoulCycle, and boxing. She also eats a protein-based diet.

While I'm obsessed over Nina's festival fit, I can't get over how incredibly toned her abs and legs look. If you want to know what she does to stay in such great shape, read on for all the details.
Just last year, Nina told W Magazine about how her mentality around health and wellness has changed. "I’ve had very different relationships over time with fitness, wellness, and nutrition," she said. "I really believe in finding something that can be a lifestyle and a healthy habit that makes you happy."
She elaborated more on this while chatting with Healthabout her previous habits. “I would go on these benders and work out, like, three to four times a day, and be like, ‘Why is my body not changing?’” she said, per People. “My friends would say, ‘You need to rest. You’ve got to let your muscles relax so they can react again.’ Sometimes less is more when it comes to workout routines.”
