Lady Gaga's Abs Are So Fierce In A Daring Cutout Gown At The Critics Choice Awards_freckle removal serum
Lady Gaga is looking fitter than ever these days.
The 35-year-old singer and actress was nominated for best actress at last night's 2022 Critics Choice Awards. And her cutout Gucci outfit highlighted her super-toned abs and arms. Va-va-voom!
To stay in killer shape, Gaga stays consistent with her workouts, doing a lot of Pilates and strength training.
Lady Gaga looked beyond gorgeous at last night's 2022 Critics Choice Awards. The 35-year-old singer and actress was nominated for best actress for her portrayal of Patrizia Reggiani in House of Gucci. She hit the red carpet in a black-and-gold, crystal-studded Gucci gown that featured a cutout bra-like top that showed off her super toned abs.
But how did she get her abs so toned? Well, when she's not hitting the red carpet one of Gaga's favorite workouts is yoga. According to the New York Times,Lady Gaga started taking hot yoga classes in 2004 while still a student at NYU, according to her teacher at the time, Tricia Donegan.
And she's clearly still pursuing her practice. Back in January 2022, she posted a pic of herself doing an impressive handstand.

She also loves Pilates and has previously worked with Pilates instructor Lisa Marie Goodwin.

She also hits the gym for strength training. Lady Gaga's trainer Harley Pasternak told Us Weeklythat they primarily focus on 35-minute resistance training workouts that focus on core exercises, like bicycle crunches—she aims for six sets of 20 reps. "They train her abs from every direction," Pasternak said.
And she also loves to get active outdoors. During the lockdown, she posted a picture of herself in October 2020 doing some intense rock climbing.

As for her diet, her personal chef and lifelong friend, Bo O'Connor, spilled all the deets to The New Potatoon what she cooks for Gaga while on tour."Tour cooking is really situational and mostly healthy. She and her team work their butts off, physically and otherwise. Probably the favorite go-tos were half-cheat meals like gluten-free pastas and dishes with lots of vegetables and quinoa…she’s really disciplined on tour," she shared.
